I do work in an agency as a consultant for performance (mostly e-commerce) clients in paid search.
This allowed me to stay up-to-date concerning marketing strategies, (Google) new features and Beta's, dashboarding possibilities, etc. But also to learn from experts from other channels closely related to SEM (Google My Business, Google Analytics, SEO, etc.), skills I'm sure won't be too much to help you further.
I don't like to add price tags to the proposed services (sorry Fiverr!) as every market, every demand is very different. Some will require a lot less work than others and shouldn't be charged as much. So if you hesitate, please reach out and let's discuss it together (through Fiverr).
Obviously, the reason why I'm on Fiverr is to earn a bit extra ;-)
